Job Summary:
Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) registered nurse position located in a short-term acute care facility. The role involves float responsibilities across units, with a focus on providing specialized care to neonatal patients. The position requires working nights, with a schedule of 12-hour shifts, and an anticipated duration from October 19, 2026, to January 18, 2027.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid state license (compact license acceptable), at least 2 years of recent NICU experience, certifications in BLS and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP).
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Electronic Medical Record systems, previous float experience across neonatal units, and knowledge of ventilation management.
• Additional Information: Candidates must be able to float between units, with a focus on patient care for neonates under two years of age. Prior experience with ventilators, neonatal assessments, and advanced neonatal procedures is highly preferred. Candidates should be prepared to work a minimum of three of the five major holidays, with all scheduling requests and time off to be specified during application.
