POOL SERVICE TECHNICIAN – FULL-TIME

We are looking for a highly motivated, dependable individual who is eager to learn, work hard, and apply the skills taught during training.

This is a fast-paced, outdoor position for someone who takes pride in their work and is comfortable working independently without constant supervision.

Requirements:

• Clean-cut and professional appearance
• Good driving record
• Reliable transportation — this is a must
• Must be able to pass a drug test
• Able to lift at least 30 lbs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Self-motivated and able to work efficiently without supervision
• Willing and ready to start work at 6:00 AM
• Monday–Friday schedule
• No previous pool experience required — we will train the right person

Compensation:

• $900 per week
• Position is based on servicing an established route of approximately 60–65 pools per week
• Once your route is established, optional half-day Saturday commission work is available for additional income

We are looking for someone who wants to learn a trade, become efficient at it, and take ownership of their route.
