Medical and Scientific Affairs is building out its field presence to support this growth with credible, balanced scientific exchange.

  • Lead scientific discussions on hypogonadism, testosterone replacement therapy and KYZATREX clinical data, in response to unsolicited requests and within compliance guidelines.

  • Proactively reach out to HCPs, KOLs, health systems and research groups to start and sustain scientific exchange on disease state, unmet needs, emerging data and research partnerships. Plan outreach against a territory and KOL engagement plan, within Medical Affairs policy.

  • Respond to unsolicited requests and engage in meaningful, peer-to-peer scientific exchange of complex medical and scientific information with the urology, endocrinology, sexual medicine, primary care, and men’s health communities.

Research and medical information

  • Support investigator-initiated studies, real-world evidence projects and publications.
  • Respond to escalated medical information requests and report adverse events per SOPs.
  • Work in compliance with FDA, OIG, PhRMA Code and company policy, keeping scientific activity separate from promotion.

Other

  • Adhere to corporate and healthcare compliance guidance in all activities, including those related to clinical trials, scientific interactions, and responses to unsolicited requests for medical/scientific information.
