Digital Marketing Manager, Program Execution

The Digital Marketing Manager is a hands-on execution role that drives digital marketing innovation and supports marketing team operations. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director and working closely with internal teams and 3rd party partners, the Digital Marketing Manager will elevate and deepen our marketing impact. Day-to-day responsibilities include Digital Marketing (Ad Program Execution, CRM/List Management), Website Administration, Product Marketing (Automated Parking Division), and Event Coordination.

Service Area and Residence

The Digital Marketing Manager role is remote/hybrid/in-office, based in Seattle, and requires candidates to live within a commutable distance for in-office collaboration at the SilMan Industries Seattle office.

Travel

Occasional travel will be required for events and trade shows. Anticipated travel is not expected to exceed 10 to 15 days annually.

What Does the Digital Marketing Manager Do?

The Digital Marketing Manager will deploy broad skills and experience daily:

Digital Marketing

• Lead and coordinate the implementation of digital marketing programs in partnership with external marketing resources, with the opportunity to build and establish SilMan's in-house digital marketing capabilities.
• Support the development and execution of digital marketing strategies including market research, keyword management, SEO/AEO, digital campaigns, and lead-generation initiatives.
• Manage third-party vendor relationships
• SEO/AEO: Collaborate and execute keyword strategies
• Digital Ads: Collaborate and execute brand awareness and targeted ad strategies
• Graphic Designer
• Sales Support, including CRM/List Development utilizing Salesforce, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, Constance Contact, Co-Star, and other business intelligence platforms
• Develop a regular reporting regimen
• Utilize Google Marketing Platform to guide decision-making and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

Website Optimization

• Administrate two domains
• Collaborate with the Marketing Director and 3rd-party partners to redesign and redevelop the corporate website; ensure brand standards and marketing objectives; develop and deploy a pillar strategy; improve user experience; and optimize for search and lead generation. Hands-on WordPress experience is required, including the ability to manage and develop website content and functionality
• Manage content and styling of company websites
• Manage page inventory and keyword deployment; coordinate with partners
• Content entry and ongoing page refresh
• Ensure brand consistency
• Understand and deploy Style Guide prescriptions; develop improvements with the Marketing Director and partners
• Emerging Channels Development – Automated Parking
• Manage Specifications library and collateral materials in collaboration with Sales and Engineering teams
• Manage and support Continuing Education platform and Lunch & Learn events
• Develop knowledge of and relationships with industry groups and publications
• Industry and Events
• Support Marketing Director in trade show and event management
• Interface with industry groups in multiple sectors
• Collateral Management
• Co-Manage collateral items for team members, job sites, and events
• Procurement: US-made collateral items for promotional and team usage
• Apparel, signage, promotional materials
• Develop and manage partner and vendor relationships; seek and qualify new partners
• Monitor inventories in collaboration with team members

• Strong knowledge and experience with the entire Google Marketing Platform (Analytics, Ads, Search Console); Certification is a plus
• Website Optimization – Solid understanding of SEO/AEO and Pillar strategies
• Strong WordPress proficiency, or similar content management systems, is a must
• Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, ZoomInfo; experience strongly preferred)
• Salesforce administration assistance experience
• Copywriting skills: Strong writing and editing abilities, and tools such as Grammarly
• Photoshop and Adobe Premiere editing
• Industry and events coordination
• Experience with LinkedIn page management and ads marketing, preferred

Compensation

SilMan’s compensation packages are carefully customized based on the candidate’s experience, geographic location, and current market considerations. We research and benchmark our competitive base salary ranges against peer companies at a similar growth stage. The base salary offer will depend on factors such as experience and other job-related skills.

The compensation package includes:

• Competitive Base Salary - $90,000 to $115,000
