Kforce's client in Burbank, CA is seeking a creative and highly organized Brand & Content Marketing Coordinator to support brand marketing initiatives, content development, campaign execution, and cross-functional marketing operations. This role assists with the planning, coordination, and delivery of marketing campaigns while helping maintain brand consistency across digital, social, web, email, and promotional channels. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about content, storytelling, brand management, and marketing execution. Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development and execution of brand and content marketing campaigns
• Coordinate marketing projects, content calendars, timelines, and campaign deliverables
• Assist in creating, editing, and publishing content across digital, social media, web, email, and other marketing channels
• Maintain brand standards and ensure consistency across all marketing materials
• Coordinate content reviews, approvals, and stakeholder feedback processes
• Collaborate with creative, digital, communications, product, and business teams to support marketing initiatives
• Assist with campaign reporting, performance tracking, and marketing analytics
• Maintain content libraries, marketing assets, and project documentation
• Support event promotions, product launches, and brand awareness campaigns
• Research industry trends, audience insights, and competitive activity
• Prepare presentations, status reports, and marketing updates for leadership
• Assist with administrative and operational marketing activities as needed
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, Public Relations, or related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, content marketing, brand marketing, communications, or related roles
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience coordinating multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Familiarity with content management, social media platforms, and digital marketing principles
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

• Experience with content calendars, marketing campaigns, and brand management
• Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Airtable, or similar platforms
• Social media, email marketing, or digital content experience
• Experience supporting creative production and marketing operations
